Care Managers
Leading in
Person Centered
Care

Background

Currently in the field of care for older people, different training offers have been produced to generate more knowledge and awareness among front-line care workers to promote a patient centred approach. However, in the spread of this philosophy a lack of educational courses was observed for care managers, who, having a coordination role, play instead an essential role in this regard.
