Short description in native language:Ο στόχος αυτής της έρευνας ήταν να αναλυθούν οι επίπεδοι και οι συσχετίσεις μεταξύ της ικανότητας περίθαλψης και του κλίματος φροντίδας που επικεντρώνεται στο άτομο, όπως αξιολογήθηκαν από επαγγελματίες νοσηλευτές σε περιβάλλοντα μακροχρόνιας φροντίδας για ηλικιωμένα άτομα. / Σκοπός του υλικού είναι να ενημερώσει για τη βία που μπορεί να δέχεται ο πληθυσμός αυτός. Γίνεται αναφορά στα σημάδια και στις αλλαγές που μπορεί να παρουσιάζει το άτομο, για την πιο εύκολη αναγνώριση και ντιμετώπιση της βίας.
Short description in English: The aim of this study was to analyse the levels and associations between
person-centred care competence and the person-centred care climate as assessed by
professional nurses in long-term care settings for older people / The aim of the material is to inform and educate about the violence against older adults. Reference is made to the signs and changes that the person may present as a result of violence, for easier recognition and treatment.
