Leiria was the setting for the Compass initiative conference, which brought together various organisations and people from different parts of Portugal to discuss innovative programmes and practices for longevity.
This event was organised by Aproximar’s Active Ageing and Dependent Care Sector and was a unique opportunity to explore new challenges in the field of longevity. It was a morning full of inspiring practices and testimonies from professionals on the personalisation and humanisation of care, from users to professionals, in institutions and communities.
During the event, success stories and effective strategies for promoting healthy and active ageing were also presented, both in the community and in organisations.
