Supporting reflexivity of Care Managers
The Compass Work Discussion Groups (WDG) have been fully implemented. This methodology provided care managers with a structured approach to reflection, learning from work-based experiences, and fostering professional development. Additionally, it has helped build a strong network of care managers across Europe who are committed to continuous learning and collaboration.

Building and Sharing Practices
The development of the Compass European digital Community of Practice (CoP) has been a major milestone for the Compass partnership. These sessions served as a hub for European care managers to share best practices, collaborate on innovative solutions, and drive the adoption of PCC approaches. Even if the live sessions have concluded, the community is waiting for you online. Continue the conversation, exchange ideas and resources on the Compass platform.
